Hello,My name is Chris Wells and I am the manager of a soccer team at Starfire Sports called South Sound United. I am emailing you today because we are looking for new sponsors. Most recently, we were sponsored by JJ Mahonney Irish Pub in Redmond, but we are looking to branch out some. The team plays in the top coed soccer league in the state and each game attracts attention from parents, kids and people that generally pass by. The reason for this is the league is comprised mainly of current and former professional and college level soccer players. Our team alone, all but one of our girl players plays professionally currently. If we get new jerseys, there is talk about branching out and taking on a men’s team on two other nights as well, which would add quite a bit of exposure. What we’re looking for is $500 to get new uniforms. With that, you can put whatever advertising you would like on the uniforms and we can change the team name to what you would like (big piece of advertising). Every season, we pay our team fees of $85 a person, so that is always our commitment. The seasons go for 10 games and go all year. The last sponsorship we had lasted two years, so we’d definitely like something that long if not even longer. The uniforms lifespan is always pretty good. The service here was friendly, but unfortunately this was one place I should have read the reviews for before I dined. I was so happy to see Chinese on Mercer Island, I just stopped to check it out.The wonton soup was a little lite and even soy sauce didn't wake it up. The Mongolian beef was a small portion camouflaged with a bed of onion.Again the service was good, but it's obvious that they earned their rating.

I really don't understand why the reviews of this restaurant are so bad. This is perfectly good take out chinese that we've had several times since moving to Mercer Island. The hand shaken noodles and shrimp with lobster sauce are actually pretty good. The free delivery works and is very convenient.

My friend loves this place and made me drive all the way out here. She swears by the beijing dumplings. I think she considers herself somewhat of a potsticker connoisseur as she searchs out Chinese restaurants far and wide. These get her praise. I much enjoyed my green onion pancakes, they were so delicious, but just a small appetizer for about $3. Next time I think I'll get a double order. Plenty of parking, good service, water refilled regularly. I ordered a brocolli dish which was just so so, but probably my fault for ordering something boring. Plus I was happy to find they were in the entertainment book. My friend tells me this is the only good restaurant on the island, I hardly get out here, but I'll take her word for it.
